To get this exclusive pre-order crew member go to the 'Main' menu and select 'Options'. Then choose 'Enter Unlock Code' and type F5RE-ZYHJ-TGC2-29MG and play the first mission in Single-Player. When you then reach the 'The Corleone Compound' you will be able to recruit Tommy Cipolla.
