To do this you must be at least level 10 go outside of anvil main gate the travel northwest or until you see a farm with a woman outside talk to her and she will say something about her husband stealing rockshatter,her family heirloom and took it to a ruin to meet with the local maraduer gang that goes there. Go there and travel deep into the ruin and you will see two people one is the husband and the other is the maraduer gang leader.one of them has the ebony armor kill them and get the ebony armor and rockshatter. Go back to the woman in the farm and tell her that you got rockshatter and other things and you done the rockshatter quest and got the third best armor in the game.
