At the Ruins go to the apple tree and shoot the sheep that is there. When an apple drops from the tree walk towards it so your Skylander eats it. A gem will appear in the tree which is worth 1 or 10 coins. Shoot the tree so the gem falls down. Avoid going near the sheep afterwards as it will try to ram you if you get too close.
