Unlock OutRun Stage:
Complete 'Hit Justice Shots' in the 'Virtua Squad' stage.

Complete 'Get A High Score!' in the 'Space Harrier' stage.

Complete Tournament Singles in the 'Space Channel 5' or 'Virtua Squad' stage.
When you complete 'Get A High Score!' on the indicated stage the corresponding ball game will become an available option.

Unlock Virtua Squad:

Unlock Space Harrier:

Complete the following matches on the indicated stage to unlock the corresponding bonus courts.
