The padlock combination for the room where the electrified person is slowly dropping into the water that you are standing in is '435'.
Bassically after you get the key and get to chosse between the freedom door and the truth door chosse the freedom door first after the cutscene is over go to the continue and prees the one at the top it should bring you back to where you have to chosse between the doors just go throught the truth door this time this works for both acheivments
