No there is not a flying cheat BUT you can use Pro. Genki's mobile to fly because you can get into the cannon and fly across the place until you fall AND you can use a cheat tht is GIVESPECTER and it will give you a flying motorbike tht is made from STAG and there is another cheat tht will give a flying jet made from STAG it is GIVEVTOL

I looked at the cheat and it said it could not be found in my garageGuest answered:
No sadly there is not a flying cheat but if you have pro Genki you would of got a car plus cannon and if you go to the water and put yourself into the cannon you fly far away and then they will be a certain point were you can go out of the map and go underground and then you will come back a different destination but sorry there is not a flying cheat and I hope this is helpful for you when you feel like flying without any vehciles..... !!!!! .....

There is talk of adding a flying cheat and some lightning or fire hand cheats from the makers of the game. I can not speak for the makers though. All I heard was that they may be adding theses things.

Yes, if you buy the weird science Downloadable Pack in the market (Xbox 360) and there will be a new mission. You start off outside this nerds house waking up from a concussion and he wakes you up with this weird homemade liquid that allows you to shoot charged fireballs out of your hands and fly.

The specter is unlocked when you get to one of the final stag missions and you can choose betwen tank aresenal,specter and stickys chose the flying bike and one otehr thing and you will get the specter but it's long forward in the game.
