Enter these numbers(cheats) in the phone's "Dail" section in the pause menu:

#3855432584 - Cheat enables "Full Health"

#74672263 - Cheat enables "The Pimp Cane"

#662677 - Cheat enables "No Cop Notoriety"

#6642647 - Cheat enables "No Gang Notoriety"

NOTE: Once Activated, cheats disable the Acheivements in the game. To "Achieve" achievements after activating the cheats, you must exit the game and either start a new game or load a game from a previous save point.
