When you clear a certain amount of areas in Score Attack mode the indicated laser will become unlocked.

Unlock Form 1 Laser:
Clear 5 areas in Score Attack mode.

Unlock Form 2 Laser:
Clear 10 areas in Score Attack mode.

Unlock Form 3 Laser:
Clear 15 areas in Score Attack mode.

Unlock Form 4 Laser:
Clear 20 areas in Score Attack mode.

Unlock Form 5 Laser:
Clear 25 areas in Score Attack mode.

Unlock Morolian Laser:
Clear 30 areas in Score Attack mode.

When you get ranked 1st in Boss Rush mode Overdrive Infinity in the Beyond Options menu becomes available for selection.

When you get 1st place in the indicated number of areas in Score Attack mode different viewpoints in Beyond mode can be unlocked.

Unlock Near View:
Get 1st place in 2 Areas.

Unlock Far View:
Get 1st place in 3 Areas.

Unlock Dynamic View:
Get 1st place in 4 Areas.

Unlock First Person View:
Get 1st place in 5 Areas.

Except for the First Form these are unlocked in Play mode by scoring 100% Shot Down in each area or playing an extended period of time.

Unlock Zero Form/Second Form:
1 Area 100% Shot Down in Play mode or play time more than 5 hours.

Unlock Third Form:
2 Areas 100% Shot Down in Play mode or Play time more than 6 hours.

Unlock Final Form:
ALL Areas 100% Shot Down in Play mode or play time more than 9 hours.

Unlock Fourth Form:
3 Areas 100% Shot Down Play mode or play time more than 7 hours.

Unlock Fifth Form:
4 Areas 100% Shot Down in Play mode or play time more than 8 hours.

Unlock Morolian Form:
ALL Areas 100% Shot Down and 100% Support Item in Play mode or play time more than 10 hours.

Complete the following tasks to get the corresponding GamerScore.

Power Breaker - GamerScore 10:
Clear Score Attack over 30 times.

Trance Hacker - GamerScore 15:
Clear Direct Assult (Trance).

The Forgotten - GamerScore 15:
In the lost area get a local ranking of 1st.

The Rezident - GamerScore 15:
In areas 1-5 get 100% shot down and support items or alternatively play for over 10 hours.

Ultimate Cracker - GamerScore 15:
Get a local ranking of 1st in ALL 5 areas in Score Attack.

Firewall Buster - GamerScore 15:
In Boss Rush mode get a local ranking of 1st.

Laser Assassin - GamerScore 15:
In area 1-5 shoot down over 95%.

Earth - GamerScore 20:
Clear play mode area 1.

Mars - GamerScore 20:
Clear play mode area 2.

Venus - GamerScore 20:
Clear play mode area 3.

Uranus - GamerScore 20:
Clear play mode area 4.

Eden - GamerScore 20:
Clear play mode area 5.
