When you reach the Subway Town on the second disc you will find a man behind the shop that always 'has a special deal'. Keep checking back with him until he is selling Viper Rockets and then buy as many as you can until you have no money remaining. Now go to the shop located nearby and sell them for a $9 dollar profit every time you press A. The maximum amount of money you can obtain is $9,999 which is enough to purchase all the ingredients, schematics, and ammo you want.
