How do I tag in my partner during a tag team match? I can't seem to find it in the players manual.

You go over to you're teams corner have the left stick pointing at who you want and tap A
Look at your tag partner,on the ring apron, and press 'A' as if you were trying to get out of the ring.
You can also whip your opponent into that corner, and grapple move them. This will have your team do a double team move to them, aswell as tag in your partner.
