Um...you're going to have to make them dude. (Or use a cheat hacking device...but I don't recommend using those.)

Like the other people said, you have to make them. However, I have gotten RVD and Goldberg from using xbox live, and selecting trade superstars. If you have xbox live and want RVD and Goldberg send me a request for trade. Here's my gamertag:
