I presume you mean the glitch. There are two ways to get into the crowd, one, using the railing, over the barricade, throw the opponent over the railing, but beforehand place a chair next to the opponents feet, and sometimes one will both glitch and be into the crowd area.

The second way is to use the right hand commentary tableand do the UCM Chokeslam from the end of the table. The person that was on the table has the possibility of rolling into the crowd after he goes through the table.
