First,toss your opponent outside of the ring with the strong Irish Whip.Next Press LB near the ropes to get on the apron.Then,when your opponent approaches you press the X button to perform a diving attack off the apron.

I keep doing it but nothing happens you know how the things disappear in the little square when you do one of the historical moves thing and when I do it,it just doesn't happen
