You Can't Unlock him or Download him with Xbox Live
In WWE12 but in the New game WWE13 Ryback still can't be unlocked but he can be downloaded same for AJ Lee and Antonio Cesaro.

No sorry you can't Unlock or Download Ryback in WWE12.
But in the New Game WWE13 you can Download Ryback, AJ,
Antonio Cesaro and other Superstars and Divas with
XBOX LIVE
