No, there is no direct move executions using Kinect, but hopefully that will be coming along soon? The issue according to the scuttlebutt on the official boards is that the developer is worried that there could be liability issues along the lines of the stories that used to circulate when the Wii was first released and people were accidentally throwing their Wii Motes through their TV screens...
