[b]It is when your overall for a superstar/diva is at a certain and you change it. To do it you have to co on universe mode, then go onto edit superstar. After that select the superstar who's attributes level you wanna change and then that is where they will be. From there you can see the numbers for different skills and you can change them to any number you want.
