How comes tanks are moving and invisible

There are some premium tanks that when combined with camo and several other upgrades purchased become incredibly hard to spot.
A way to hide your tank is to knock down a tree and hide in or behind the fall en tree if big enough.
They must be light tanks because their camouflage is not affected by movement.
It is not "invisible" they haven't been spotted yet so you can't see them.
The German E-25 is a tank destroyer and it has the best camo but it's even better with the camo net it can only be spotted when it's within 30m of the opponent my gamertag on xbox is GRIM REEPER3212
