cant get past the second level

I am stuck on the second level of the game where I gotta disable the tower so the vampires can't communicate with each other and I've tried everything and can't get past it how do I do it

THERE IS A GUARD WALKING UP AND DOWN THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF A TRUCK,CROUCH AND HIDE BEHIND YHE TRUCK,WHEN HE TURNS AND WALKS AWAY,YOU HAVE TO BE QUICK,RUN THROUGH THE OPENING IN THE FENCE,KEEP RUNNING GO AROUND THE CORNER JUMP UP ON THR CATWALK CLIMB UP TO THE ROOF,FOLLOW THE ROOFTOPS TILL YOU ARE IN SIDE THE COMPOUND,TWO GUARDS ONE AT THE FENCE,ONE PATROLING,WHEN THE ONE PATROLING TURNS HIS BACK SLIDE DOWN THE PIPE RUNTO YOUR RIGHT CLIMB UP THAT PIPE AND FOLLOW THE ROOFTOPS TILL YOU GET TO THE TOWER.
