How do you defeat the sea serprant when you fal down the cave with the flamethrower were you have to find slade

There are gas leakes in the floor use the flame thrower on them to light them up when the ell comes but only when their gas comeing out of them

THERE ARE GAS LEAKS ON THE FLOOR AND GET BEHIND IT AND WHEN THE SEA SERPENT COMES USE YOUR FLAMETHROWER AND YOU SHOULD HIT IT AND ALSO LOOK AT THE OTHER GAS LEAKS TOO IT IS NOT ALWAYS GOING TO BE THE ONE YOU USED FIRST.
