How do we access the cheat code menu? PLEASE HELP!! We saw the cheats are supposed to be the same from T3 but can not find the cheat menu!!

In the in-game menu click and hold left and right analog sticks, then the cheatmenu appears.
You have to press start, then hold the right and left thumbsticks together for a few seconds, then it'll appear
I got it! Don't press them at the same time, hold one down and then the other!
