In the cheat section it says "enabling these codes prevent you from earning Achievments and saving the game." Does this prevent you from saving every game or just Transformers Revenge of the Fallen?

It's kinda impossible to prevent saving for every game, since the cheats are only for Transformers:ROTF
So to sum it all up, no they only prevent you from saving in ROTF.
Hey some cheats are fake ok just watch out for the maps and zones cheats
