Question for Tony Hawk's American Wasteland

HELP!!! I'm playing sick mode in story and I'm stuck on the part where I need to get the alien suit and it is not in the clothing store in holly wood please HELP

Ummm you have have to have like alot of money first then go back and see if it iz there
