In addition, you can save all three Targets.
TARGETS:
Ship (The one you rig with a bomb)
Lambert
Hishham
I suggest choosing to save Lambert (You can't get the best ending without saving him...) and Hishham, then, just have an NSA trust of over 33%. Hishham is a little annoying, since you have to go save his bum afterwards, but the ship is best to destroy and let Enrica get killed. It's true that she helps you later in level 10, but, for an achievement for completing all the retna scans, just go down to the furnace (Where you dumped the Pilot's body) and get her retna. Then, your rifle and goggles are in the shooting range.
