Here's the process to decrypt the email:

Begin with the first square in front of you:

010 000

001 011


Move up 1 (left trigger):

000 110

111 001


Move up 1 (left trigger):

110 100

101 111


Move up 1 (left trigger):

100 010

011 101


Move right 1 (Left button):

000 011

010 001


Move right 1 (Left button):

These four should already be filled from the first square you
Moved to. Make sure they are as follows:

001 111

110 000


Move right 1 (Left button):

110 101

100 111
