Rotate the thumb stick around until a tumbler moves, then jiggle the thumb stick in that spot until the tumbler stays up, repeat this process until all tumblers are done.

Rotate the right tumbstick until the controller vibrates, keep the right thumbstick in that position until you see the tumbler move up. Repeat the process until the lock is picked.
