building the mines

Can someone please help. I've been trying to build the mines for the past week now can anyone tell me the eastist way to build them. It the second jba mission thanks to all that reply to this

To make the mines you have to pull the right trigger to make the detenator go down a with the left analog stick you make sure the target thing on the right stays green

Here's my way of doing it:

Pull the right trigger about half-way and keep your eye on the indicator to make sure it's in the middle. Once it's in a certain amount, it will straighten out and stop wiggling around (Joke not intended.) at this point, pull the trigger all the way to put the detonator in. This should take you two or three minutes if done right.

If you didn't like that, then just wait until JBA HQ 4!
