I have gone through the entire game on realistic and mode and I havent got the achievement for it and I've checked to make sure that I havent missed a level and I havent. Does any one no what I shoukd do

Well there are achievements on this game. Here are some "I am sam" to get this achievement is by sniping 5 people in the head five times in a row without dying once. I hoped this helped. I'm guessing you mean the achievement you get for completing it on Realistic Difficulty. Well, sometimes when you reload the game, possibly just even for one level, it loads back to the casual difficulty setting, and you may not have noticed.
Meaning you don't actually know what level you missed out. I suggest going through it again, but being more careful.
