I was playing and I notice that my handgun has infinite ammo then I quickly switched to my MP5 and then I notice it had infinite ammo for a short time how can I keep it like that.

You can only have infinite ammunition for the pistol you have, no other guns, such as MP5N have infinite ammo, it just takes a short time for the notes at the bottom to change.
If you want a gun with a lot of ammo, Light Machine Guns have 100 rounds per clip.
