I had the same problem, but managed to figure it out, fortunately.

When you get your team to hack the computer ( don't get them to hack it, until they are standing beside it) Kahn ( I think) will stand beside the box, and you should stand to the right of Jung (hacking the computer). I recomend using heat sensor, and watching the left hand side, where the terorists come down through the fast rope. Keep the cursor on the fast rope, and shoot them as the come down. When they stop coming, concentrate on the right hand side, looking for heat specs. When they are all dead Jung will start talking, NOW you go upstairs, and throw a grenade up there or something, because the guy blind-firing will kill you. Go kill Irena and blow up the bomb :)

Ps: If you do not kill the terrorists fast enough, Irena will escape, and if you go upstairs before Jung says so, Irena escapes.
