Just brush up on your skills and play Attack & Defend, Team Sharpshooter, Sharpshooter, Team Survival or Survival. If you or your team wins you will get a lot of points, sometimes even up to 900 points and even 1000. A faster way is to keep playing Terrorist Hunt on Realistic difficulty with enemy density set to high. Every time you win a Terrorist Hunt match with those settings you will get 600 points. But remember this: the higher your rank is, the more points you need to raise bars and your rank. If you are a high rank such as Lieutenant 2nd Class or higher, you will need a lot of points to raise.

It does take a long time to get to an elite, but the quickest way to increase your rank is to do terrorist hunts on the LVU campus. Make sure it is on realistic mode. There used to be a rank glitch but the last update removed the glitch.
