What do you think is the quickest way to rank up? I am stuck at Lieutenant Colonel and I doubt I will ever rank up. I have tried everything except boosting. Are there any sort of cheats to gain extra points?

Yup, the points glitch, go on a Team Sharpshooter match, and at the start of the game, ask if they are doing the point glitch, if they say 'yeah' then you don't press anything in the last 10 seconds of the game, and don't press 'A' at the end.
The host will then start a 3 minute team survivor match, and the winning team from the sharpshooter, commits suicide first, and the game continues to restart,and each team takes turns in commiting suicide.
For a loss, you get 800 points, and a win you get 1500 points, depending on team bias.
