Sometimes in co-op when I (or my friend) die, it says "A (button) Die/Respawn"
Does this mean I can somehow respawn in co-op? If so how do I respawn?!?

Are you meaning in campaign or multiplayer. The 'press A to Die/Respawn only happens in multiplayer. This is happens when your nearly dead and you can choose to die and then respawn or wait for you co-op partner to come and heal you. In the campaign co-op mode when you die, you die and have to watch your partner play.
