Ok I'm trying to enter in the cheat for 100% health but it wont work? Can some one tell me what I have to do... I hold LT, RT and the back button then I put in LB, LB,RB, X, RB, Y. But nothing happens..

I often had the same problem with the codes. Just try again and release all the buttons and exit the pause menu and then try again. Also you have to enter the codes for unlimited ammo and team invincible after every rally point.
