Ill assume you have rid the third hammer when you get to this point it can be confusing.
If you look over the edge youll notice a pillar with o slope on top if you jump on to that when you get to the bottom youll land on a beam.
Walk ths beam then shimmy round the pillar and jump onto the next platform youll see two little stepping stones or whatever they are to another platform you shimmy around that then climb up the ledge and do the little wall hop a few times then your almost there .
Youll c a little ring for you to swing on complete that then youll get to the other side where you can ride the last hammer hope this helps if youve not completed it already.

This is not the answer of the question. He asked about how to get past the chain which runs on reverse. You just answered how to get there but how about how to get past the chain on the last hammer.
