Question for TimeShift

How do you get to the other side of the big fan that is spinning?i used all the timeshifts but the fan turns on before you get to other side

Time stop! hold lb and press y (usually its pre-set so you can press timestop by pressing lb) and just run through the blades which have stopped

Hi, I had this problem for a while.
And how I done it after many attempts was when
You die and you automatically restart came left
Around till the end of the ramp and face the
Blades, use time shift stop to jump on to the
End of the blade, and then use time shift slow
And jump off where you can see the path curling
Upward there are two guards there so lets not
Die now.

Hit time rewind while on the fan.... U will fly up
