I have an un lockable item in my pro shop. The blue&Red Hawiain shirt is suppose to un lock when you reach 40% of your total power skill.I have 4 created players that I have improved past the 40% power skill and the shirt will not unlock. This is the Last item not un locked and I would really like to complete this portion of the game. Any help will be appreciated..Thanks in advance for your help!!!!!

I am at 98% total game, and I am 3/4's of the way through the PGA tour for the second time and it is still locked on me. I have got almost all of the trophy ball 29/34 and 20/36 of the Touremenet trophies and my game percentage is stalled there. If anyone can help us both or individually it would be greatly appreciated.
