Ask to go outside. Observe around the place and you will see a pharmacy zombie outside of the gate. The rest is easy from there. You'll also have to make a trip to a hotel to get everything else you need to get the key.
On the zombie with the scrubs to the right of the cage out side. Throw a brick a the tv shop across the street draw the zombies atention over ther by turing on the tv and go get the key off of him
