Someone please help me

It's the fourth time I ask this around and I can't post anything in the forum I don't know why. My sims's actions get constantly cancelled. No announcement, no reason. I turn on the phone, start an action, turn on the game after saving it. A minute later I come back and the actions have all been cancelled, my Sims are just lying in the front of the house like they just returned from work. It happens just whenever, but EVERY DAY. I have lost three missions so far because it cancells at least more than 5 times a day and I have been attempting to complete a mission that involves a 21 hour long action for an entire week. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice and it's all the same. I have changed the language settings and nothing. It has happened with a Sim inside another city and that Sim has both cancelled his actions and on other occasions his action proceeded while every other sims (in their own town) were cancelled. I thought it had to do with internet connectivity at first but it has happened while I was connected to the internet. It either happens after a long time, like 12h later, or just 2 seconds after I turn off the game.

I have asked this 4 times. I have googled everywhere and I can't find answers or even anyone with a similar problem anywhere. I don't know what else to do because it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to play. Lost three missions which I have been attempting to complete for a whole week. Nothing. It's completely broken and I don't know what to do. If someone has any idea why this happens PLEASE HELP ME because this is getting beyond enfuriating.
