From my experience all you can really do with the prey is sell it orplace it in the house for your other sims to view.

No, sadly they cannot eat prey they have caught; That only works for pc. The only thing you can do with the prey is either sell it, place in your house, release it, or present it as a gift to another sim. I wanted to do a warrior cats rp too... :cGuest answered:
Same. I started doing . But what I'm doing. Is that every time they catch prey I'm going to place down a good bowl for them to eat.
