My male sim is vomited and I don't know what to do, what do I do?

He is just sick. Have him take a warm bath, eat some soup, and go to bed. Eventually he will get better.

Unless... Well, unless it is an STD... Let's hope not because if it is, well, your SIM is going to die a horrible death all because the Sims refused to approve Obamacare for their doctors and hospitals and I can tell right now you don't have third party insurance.

Yeah, no worries mate, he will get better...

It means they are sick. Have them rest, eat soup and take warm baths until they get better.
