I want to do the teen runaway challenge, but maybe I'll just have a homeless adult XD unless there's a way to cheat and make it a teen after you start with a young adult?? Don't even TRY to tell me to use "testingcheatsenabled true" because it does NOT work on the XBOX! So, I already tried killing the adult, it just says "game over" start a new one of something. That might've been with a child? Does it work with a teen? Help.

On the console versions of the game teens cannot go off by themselves. The challenge you are talking about is for the PC version of the game, which can be patched to change the operating rules for the Sim generations.
Teens can NOT move out on their own on the console version as the game does not allow that as part of it's rules set.
You can not do that on the console versions of the game.
The simple answer for that is because the file systems on the console version are closed and cannot be easily altered or changed.
The reason you see other people doing that online is down to the fact that they are playing the games on PC (no matter what they tell you).
Make your teen then make a elder you don't reallly need to worry about that sim because.... You're going to turn on cheats and kill them yes there are cheats for the Xbox edition. Also I suggest that you don't make the elder and the teen related because then your teen will be sad for days
