Game stuck

Whenever I go to the grocery store it gets stuck on the page but it doesn't show the items and it says at the top **Example Store Name or somethin like that. I don't know how to make it stop.

That sounds like a bug to us - check to see if there is a patch available and update our game. If not, contact EA.

You need to check to see if there is a patch available and if so use it because that is a bug. If a patch does not fix it, you need to submit a help ticket to EA.
