I heard that it's only available on PC/Mac versions. I did some research and a lot of people say you can't have them. Bummer. I just got my version on xbox 360 today and I did research beforehand. Sorry I'm a gabber. To answer your question, no you can't.

I have no idea I mean when I watched the walkthrough on youtube it says that horses are only available on the pc but if you know how to get horses on the xbox 360 PLEASE TELL ME!

Ohh. I'm really sad you can't get it on Xbox 360. I got a Xbox today and Sims 3 Pets because I wanted HORSES. That's a total Bummer
