Is there a inventing table on the map?
I don't want to buy one I want to find one, is there one on the map somewhere?

If it's like the PS3 version, then I haven't seen any workbench that you can practice on around town.
But, from the Town Map you can Edit Lot and buy a workbench and place it on a neighbour's property. Place it outside their house and you can use it for free.
It doesn't cost you money, and you can delete it afterwards.
