I don't know how to change my appearance during my sims pregnancy so please help

Sorry but you can not for I tried and it said ''YOU ARE PREGNANT YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE TO YOUR LOOK!!!''.So iam really sorry but there is no way on eart you can but you may go on the internet and search for it and there may be a cheat that will let you. Hope I helped.
