can you throw a party for a sim that doesn't live at your home?
Like can you throw a birthday party for a sim that you didnt create and doesn't live with you and isn't related to your sims?

The simple answer is no - but hey I believe that imagination conquers all, so how about this - throw a party for a sim in your house and invite that sim, and tell them the party is really for them!
