One thing you can do is age children to be adults by throwing a party n blowing out the birthday cake and then once they are an adult go to the sim you are and click cellphone and then move you must then decide who you want to kick out stay at your house or move to new house but every household has to have a adult. After you have moved the adult to te new house marry someone by keep on doing romantic stuff on someone until propose to appears and then after cick on your sim and click try for baby or on a pet... Try for puppies... But each house can hold six sims/pets

It is quite easy actually because you can just buy 4 cakes for each child and every day make them blow out a candle so you will only end up with those sims for as long as you want

You should just buy it from build and buy mode so you dont take up most of your time just to go to the store and buy it then ride all the way back home.

Try this I mean I did it on pc but it might work for Xbox OK go to build and buy. Then get 6 jungle gym things in the kids section in press RB. then U will get 10,000 $ but like I said i was on pc

You can only own six sims.
I'f you have too many sims age them up with birthday cake or use option on xbox 360 too brief on the sims life's or move them out and I do wish too have more then six too but we can't.
Also if you move you're sims and leave the other ones kicked out or Moved in you're sims spouse's or you're sims romantic instresrts too there home where they grew up in and there parents are there it will delete you're sims family members or other sims that you made or imported.

But I have seven sims and I play on the xbox 360 cuz my cp suck so you can have more than six sims at once but they have to be either a good friend or romantic interest then click on them and then go to either "friendly" or "romantic" and it will say "add to household"!!!

next you ask a sim to move in whilst the other sim is not pregnant yet and if they do move in that means when the woman gives birth you will have more than 6 sims in your household, but it might be glitchy...

in not sure if it will work but if you try for a baby and if you hear the music it means that the sim will become pregnant, to do this trick you will need five sims, one that will become pregnant, and 4 others.next you ask a sim to move in whilst the other sim is not pregnant yet and if they do move in that means when the woman gives birth you will have more than 6 sims in your household, but it might be glitchy...

I currently have 7 sims and one on the way I had 5 sims the mom got pregnante then her older son moved in his pregnant girlfriend the mom had the baby and the girlfriend is almost due . The problem is the baby dosnt show up on the screen with the other sims and I can't switch sims I'm stuck on the pregnant girlfriend and can't switch sums to control them .

You can have more than six but and you have to do this 1st. Have two adult sims try for a kid and right after that try to adopt one that's how you can get more sims in a horse.

By pressing start in game you can go into the start menu and then press RB RT LB and LT you can activate cheets after that go off start menu and find a sim press LT and then press A this will then say trigger age transition or ad to family click a on add to family by the way this only works for the regular sims 3 hope this helped you
