Question for The Sims 3 Pets

How do you make a sim leave your house?
I have a friend sim over that will not leave. Usually when you click on them it gives you the option to tell them to leave, but it doesn't give me one. I tried going somewhere in the Comunity and coming back, but they were still there. And I thought if I fought with them that they would leave, but they won't.

The only thing that has ever worked for me is I have to actually go into the "Town Map" menu and "View" another zone, then tell one of my Sims "Go Here With..." and it forces the rude neighbor to come with your Sim, usually putting your house back to it's normal status. Of course, if they have the "Neat" trait, you could always fire the maid! ;)

On a task, it told me to add 5 sims in one house, I did that, how can I get rid of them? I don't have the option 'ask them to leave'

i just either take the to somewhere else or just wait for them to leave

IF they dont use the 4-wall-trick and then the will get hungry and die
