They cannot go up and down the stairs when they are young but they can when they are adults

[u][b][color=red][color=red][color=red]No, pets can only go up the stairs when there adults. When there puppies/kittens they have to be carried by your sim up stairs. Whereas foals can't come in the house. [/b] [/u]
