"Score 1,000,000 Points While Strike Teams Are Active"

One of the Feats/Upgrades requires you to score 1 million points while strike teams are active. My questions are, what are the strike teams and how do you get them active. I already have points for this feat but I can't tell who how simply because I don't know. I've tried destroying basically everything, including enemies, when I have the threat level activated but my current points don't ascend. My highest threat level so far is 8, I haven't unlocked 9 yet, if this is of any importance. To my understanding, I believe Strike Teams are basically the army, but when I defeat them, no change will occur to my current points. This is where I get lost so if anyone knows more than I do about this then I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

You have to get a threat level, it does'nt matter how high. You have to make sure when you smash stuff and kill enemies that you see before your points a red star and when you are making points a red cross instead of of grey. Eventully you'll get it. Greetz Yingpo.

You have to reach threat level 9 then your red cross (points) turns white again then destroy buildings and kill enemies your score will begain to rise again
